Donor Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to collection of information, including information collected on our website. By submitting your information to the Da Vinci Science Center, you consent to the terms and conditions of the policy and to our processing personal information for the purposes stated below.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy or at the time we request the information, we do not otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties. Further, Da Vinci Science Center will not sell or trade your personally identifiable information to any third parties.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. For changes to this policy that may be materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of your personally identifiable information, we will obtain your consent before implementing the change by sending a notice to your primary e-mail address and home address specified in our records and by placing a prominent notice on our website.

Opt-Out Donor Privacy Policy

You may restrict our use of your personal information by contacting us using the contact information at the end of this section. For example, you may request that we no longer communicate with you regarding our programs/events or contact you with future solicitations. You may opt-out at any time. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address in your opt-out request, and indicate how you would like your information restricted.

The official registration and financial information of the Da Vinci Science Center may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll-free, within Pennsylvania, 1.800.732.0999. Registration does not imply endorsement. The Da Vinci Science Center also is authorized or registered to solicit contributions in the states of California, Florida, New Jersey, and New York.

In New Jersey, INFORMATION FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONCERNING THIS CHARITABLE SOLICITATION AND THE PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED BY THE CHARITY DURING THE LAST REPORTING PERIOD THAT WERE DEDICATED TO THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY BY CALLING 973.504.6215 AND IS AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET AT http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/charfrm.htm.
